Eleanor, Thank you for the kind words of support for the project. I agree with your comments concerning how the use of "passive" radar would serve to propel UFO research "light years" into the future, relative to our current means of investigation. I have assembled a team of engineers, whose talents will permit the construction of a prototype "passive" radar detector. Once a prototype is completed, we will be able to assemble a detection station for an estimated $5,000-$10,000...a fairly paltry sum, given what it will allow us to do. Now, what is needed is someone who is willing to fund it. I have been to not fewer than four billionaires, who profess an interest in ufology, but have yet to have a penny committed to the project. A very strange circumstance, by my measure! I invite members of the list to peruse my paper on "passive" radar, if they have not done so, already. I invite comments and recommendations regarding the proposal, and how we might get it underway. If the system works, it will serve to end the debate about whether our planet is being visited, or not.
